Qualifications: Ford Experience a definite asset ADP experience an asset Minimum of three years of previous experience in the Automotive Industry in a supervisory or Management capacity Must value team work and collaboration Have some experience with budgeting and forecasting Excellent written and verbal communication Proven ability in coaching and developing employees Good working knowledge of Windows, General office equipment, Electronic Email, Microsoft office programs including Excel.
